Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

I know this might be a little late, but I'm mostly posting this recipe here because every year I have to call my mom and ask her to send it to me. So if you have any pumpkins left on your porch that haven't been carved yet go ahead and give this a try!!

By the way I think the secret to this recipe over others is you do NOT wash the seeds. Hope you enjoy!!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

2 cups of seeds

2 T Canola Oil

2 t. Salt

1-2 t. Pepper

1 t. Smoked Paprika

Directions:

Separate seeds from pulp, but do NOT wash.

For every 2 cups of seeds mix all of the ingredients above together.

Spread out on a cookie sheet line with parchment paper.

Bake in the oven at 250 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until seeds are dry.

My mom's recipe only calls for salt, but we enjoy the extra seasonings!!

Enjoy!
